This documentary is the first of the We Get Free Series documenting Chicago Hip Hop Pedagogy. Episode 1 is focused on the Kuumba Lynx Slam Team as they prepared for Louder Than a Bomb 2013.

We’ll be asking for a suggested donation of $5-10 at the door (NOBODY WILL BE TURNED AWAY) and there will be a donation bar** - all funds raised will go to supporting people attending the 2013 Allied Media Conference in Detroit, a conference for radical media makers of all kinds.

*Unfortunately, this space is a 3rd floor walk-up and is not accessible. 

**All ages are welcome! The law is you must be 21+ to drink alcohol. Please bring some form of ID if you want to drink lest we be shut down.
